Data collected during pre-order: full name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, order ID, device ID, payment method, module interests, GDPR consent date, IP address.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to fulfill the pre-order, communicate with the customer, and meet legal obligations. Legal basis: contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent.

4. Retention period

Order data is retained for 5 years from the last transaction (accounting obligations). Payment card details are not stored – they are processed exclusively by Stripe.

5. Third parties

Payment processor: Stripe Inc. (GDPR-compliant). We use SMTP for emails. Your data is only shared with third parties when legally required.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your data. Submit requests to info@smartelektronika.hu.
